Mr. Wiseman and his Paralegal, Ivonne, are quite a dynamic team! They were both wonderful to work with. They were always quick to respond to my questions, and I never felt rushed when talking with either of them. I was referred to Mr. Wiseman after my mother's wrongful death case was turned down by a few other law firms. He examined the case and discovered some crucial evidence that the other law firms had missed. Because of this evidence, he took the case and immediately things started to progress. I was very impressed that he was always available whenever I had questions or concerns, and he was always very personable and patient--never did I feel as if I had inconvenienced him. He was very honest and forthcoming in his answers, and he helped me set realistic expectations for the outcome of the case as it was developing. I was always aware of time frames and when/how things would happen next. Whenever new information arrived in his office, he was very quick to notify me and explain it. Mr. Wiseman is incredibly thorough, and as the case was developing he was always thinking ahead and preparing for different ways the case could go. We did have a positive resolution without going to trial, and I am confident this wouldn't have happened without Mr. Wiseman's expertise and guidance. Every aspect of working with his firm during this very emotional time in my life was positive--from consulting with him regarding the case to the professional manner his secretary handled the office protocols. My lady and a friend of our were outside on front porch along with 2 small children under the age of 2. One of them was just 5 months old. When 1 man and 2 younger men were walking down our street each of them had a pit bulls with them. My lady asked that they get the dogs out of the yard and then they started using bad language and threated to let the dogs loose on them. I came out and they did the same again to all of us and said they would kill us. I of course tried to protect my family. Without really going into specifics I was charged with a VERY SERIOUS charge. The law enforcement took information from the 3 with the dogs but did not take any information from us... any of us. I have no record with the law what so ever until this. Simon Wiseman went to work and I thank him and GOD that he sent us to Mr. Wiseman. He made us fell so comfortable and confident in him that we just let him do his work... He is a KNOWLEGEABLE and honest man and will give you the information straight.. I am very happy this could have completely messed my life up. I could have gotten 10 or maybe more years. I have learned one thing protect your family, but use your head... Looks like end result is 9 months check in (No probation/ community service and anger management) I only have about 5 minutes of fight left in my life and I plan on using it for something special.
