I wanted to write this review of my incredible experience using Moses & Rooth Law firm. I was in need of hiring an attorney to represent me in Traffic Court for going 40mph over the posted speed limit which required a mandatory court appearance. I reviewed many law firms by analyzing their results measured against their cost. Moses & Rooth is extremely affordable in my opinion compared with others in the Orlando area, however, they stand well above all others with the favorable results they obtain for their clients. When I decided to use them, I called & spoke with the Firms Legal Assistant Danielle who provided forms to sign & had me email a copy of the ticket. That day, they filed paperwork with the court explaining they would be representing me. Covid-19 slowed the court system way down but Danielle was always available to explain what was happening and answered all my questions. The day before court I spoke with Attorney Moses & explained the need to have the ticket reduced, if possible, since losing my job was highly likely due to the excessive speed. Attorney Moses called me after the court hearing with GREAT news. He was able to negotiate with the Officer to reduce the speed listed on the ticket to an acceptable amount to my employer. He also negotiated for me to attend traffic school which meant no points went on my license. An incredible outcome in my opinion!!! I HIGHLY recommend using this Law Firm for their Professionalism and the results they delivered!!!

Andrew Moses is the best criminal attorney, he reassured me that all would be ok and he would be on top of things and that is exactly what he did. He kept me updated on the status I feel he had my best interests from the start.

I always sought legal help from Mr. Moses whenever needed. He is very professional and humane. His fees are very reasonable compared to the others. He clearly explains the legal situation and possible options with all possible outcomes. Based on what client wants, he offers the best path. When I hired him as my lawyer, I had to go to court only a couple of times. Since then, whenever I have a simple legal question or two, I ask him and he readily replies. He is very good with email (response time is within hours). Recently, I had a couple of questions concerning my past legal situation, he declined to charge any fee even when I offered and was more than happy to help me. This is something unheard of in lawyers and this makes him a rare breed among lawyers. I really admired his noble gesture, kind personality. This is the reason I am writing this review for him for others to benefit from him when one in need of a decent, polite, honorable and professional lawyer. God bless him and his family.

Attorney Moses turned out to be the perfect choice. On a scale of one to ten I would rate him a twelve. He rescued my son through a difficult situation. He was totally professional and always available. His legal advice was spot on. If you need a great attorney that cares about his clients, has an excellent bed side manner, knows the ins and outs of the legal system, and in our case had the respect and admiration of the prosecutor and judge, I suggest you make Attorney Moses your choice. We are very glad we did.

I was looking on the internet for an attorney reference my son. It was a Sunday afternoon. I left an email for Mr. Moses expecting to hear from him on Monday morning. Mr. Moses called me back within the hour. I met with him a few days later. Mr. Moses and his staff made me feel very welcome in their office. I felt as if he was truly interested in helping with my son's case. He did not sugar coat any thing. He let me know what he could and couldn't do (made it very clear) before taking any money from me. Mr. Moses called me several times a week leading up to the final court date. He filed several motions, visited my son several times and made four court appearances. By the end of the sentencing it was obvious to all of us the hard work and long hours Mr. Moses put in on this case. I got my money's worth several times over. He truly cares about the wellbeing of his clients. I would highly recommend Andrew Moses to anyone looking for a criminal attorney.

My parents hired Andrew Moses for me when I was 16 years old and he's been my attorney for almost 5 years now and I don't know where I would be without him. He was very hands on, kept me in the loop always, and did whatever he could to get me off with as little as possible, and let me just tell you that that's exactly what he did. Once I hired Andrew, these legal issues honestly became a piece of cake. Him and his partner, Jay, were truly my life savers. I'm now a student with a full-time job and no legal trouble. I had a serious substance abuse problem which the justice system never seems to take lightly so I honestly would not be here without Andrew. Andrew and his partner Jay took my case, after I left a previous attorney that wanted to take it to trial. I had been arrested during a sting operation, and gave these two a monumental task of attaining my freedom. They fought very hard for me, and though I did receive a felony conviction, they were able to get my sentence reduced, and even get one of the two charges dropped. I actually went to prison based on my original conviction of 2 felony counts, but a month into my sentence, Andrew was able to take my case back to court and prove that the one charge could not stand, and I was re-sentenced to probation, and taken out of prison! I was sentenced to 5 years of probation, but half way into my sentence, Andrew motioned for an early termination of probation, and was so successful, that we didn't even go to court...the State and Judge both agreed. I am now writing this as a free individual, who is gainfully employed, and has a home to call his. At the beginning of my case, I thought there was no hope...and these two, top-notch attorneys gave me the ability to start over. Definitely some of the best attorneys out there, and they are very humble and professional...you need these guys.

Mr. Moses will not let you down! He truly cares about your case and puts in all of his efforts to get the results that need to be achieved and they are! He helped me more than he will ever know, so thanks again Andrew :)

I am a lawyer in Washington State. Recently, I needed a criminal lawyer in Florida to represent a person with whom I am well acquainted and who had moved to Florida. After some searching, I found Mr. Moses. When we presented the case to him, he explained exactly how he evaluated it and how he would proceed. He displayed a solid understanding of Florida law and of the workings of the local court system. After he was hired, he proceeding just as he outlined, with one small change. As the case proceeded he modified the strategy slightly, which in the end produced an even better result. The person Mr. Moses represented and I both are quite pleased with the ultimate result, and we recommend him to anyone who needed a smart, skilled criminal lawyer.
