Exceeded my expectations! Would give 10-stars if I could. Benenati Law Firm took 2 negative experiences and turned them into positives with their 5-star service. First, they handled my Chapter 13 bankruptcy with empathy, efficiency and professionalism. From my initial consultation to discharge, I was always able to get in touch with the team and Mr. Benenati himself whenever I had questions (and I had a lot!). If I left a message or sent an email it was replied to promptly. Everyone is treated with high priority at Benenati Law Firm, no matter how “big or small” your case is. Second, a couple of years after filing bankruptcy, I had a car accident which was not my fault. I did not hesitate to contact Benenati Law Firm as well. Just like the bankruptcy, my auto accident case was handled with 5-Star Service. Obviously, dealing with a car accident is a very stressful situation, especially for me because it was my first one and as a rideshare driver transporting passengers when the accident happened, I was extremely anxious and scared. What stood out overall about how they handled everything right from the beginning was their ability to put me at ease. I could tell right away by the way they handled the many details of my accident case that they had a great deal of experience in this area. This gave me tremendous comfort and confidence during an emotional and confusing time. They fought hard for my personal injury settlement and made me whole again. I could go on and on about this firm with all the good things they have done for me. But will say this, after 5 years as a client, I am completely satisfied. They have made a positive difference in my life; which is really saying something because their services were needed to deal with 2 stressful experiences. They are very good on what they do. They kept me up to date on everything that was happening in my case. Explain everything in very good detail and when an issue occurred, right of the bat they took care of it and kept me up to date. Definitely will recommend them if you need a lawyer.
