I was going through my bankruptcy this law firm is as pro as they get dnt like covid their practices but it is what it is.

When I knew that I needed a bankruptcy attorney I began looking on the internet and came across the Benenati Law Firm. I read all the Google reviews and can tell you without a doubt the five star rating is absolutely correct. I would give them ten stars if I could. Everyone at the Benenati Law Firm has been outstanding. They are with you every step of the way. You're never alone and they won't hesitate to go to bat for you if needed. They made the process easy to understand. Anytime you e-mail them with a question you get a response without fail. Miranda Davis never left me hanging. She is a true asset to the firm. If you find yourself drowning in debt feeling like there's no way out and you see Walter Benenati on the back of a Lynx bus, hear him on the radio or pass one of his many billboards around Central Florida, I urge you to give them a call. They told me everything would be ok and it was. Having the Benenati Law Firm on your side is an awesome feeling and will be the best decision you ever make. Life really does have a restart button. Ok so this is gonna be a long review! Let me start by saying that Walter, Irene, Lorena, Francisco, Olga, Chris, Ashley, and Alicia all played a major part in helping me through this very stressful time. I emailed them continuously and they replied very quickly. At first it's very overwhelming but they quickly take the weight off your shoulders by being very open, honest and helpful. I've never hired a lawyer before in my life but if I ever need one again I definitely will be contacting the Walter benenati law firm!!!!! I don't think the words of this review will do enough Justice to the law firm and how professional, caring and helpful they have been throughout this whole process. I even had a conversation with a rep named Ashley if I remember correctly who sat and listen to me have a little breakdown emotionally on the phone and was such a blessing to be able to talk to her and find some comfort in this situation so I want to give a special shout out to her. Walter Benenati himself even took time out of his ultra busy day to reply to my emails and I'm very grateful for that. So I want to thank you guys so much as a whole for coming through and helping me out during this very tough time. God bless you Walter and your law firm. Excellent well-prepared lawyers, sure of their work, very attentive and organized. They take you by the hand from the beginning to the end. They maintain excellent communication and let you know every step you need to take. I recommend it 100%. Excellent work from the girl at the front desk and from the secretary or assistant lawyers.

My only regret is not calling them sooner
