After a car accident, I was mired in medical bills and still injured. I was a little hesitant at first because this is a high profile firm with a big reputation. I was worried that I would be forgotten or treated as just another chance for dollar signs. In the months that it took for me to complete medical care, I worked mostly with Ralph, who checked in with me often enough to not feel forgotten, but not so often that I felt pestered to settle too soon. I appreciated that Ralph was efficient and pleasant, not too personal and always professional. It was clear to me that he knew his job was to seek out funds to pay my medical bills, not to waste either my time or his with idle chatting. I will have a minor medical issue for the rest of my life, but the medical care that I received is now fully paid for and I have some funds in the bank for further care if needed. Ralph and his co-workers made this terrible experience turn out as well as it could have in seeking a settlement and allowing me to move on with my life.
