Their whole team was very helpful through out the whole process. What is made out to be one of the most difficult times went way better than I expected. They made this whole process smooth sailing and they were there every step of the way. I can’t thank you guys enough.

The Benenati law firm makes you believe that you are the single most important PERSON (not case) to them. Throughout the entire process, Ralph maintained weekly contact with me, asking how I was doing or if I needed anything. I was provided with frequent updates as to how my case was progressing and was pleasantly surprised with the speed at which they were able to reach a substantial settlement. I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with other well known personal injury attorneys in Orlando who were unable to provide the level of expertise, care and service that Walter Benenati and his team can!

Es verdaderamente lamentable haber caído en manos de estos abogados... mi esposo sufrió un accidente y tiene lesiones en su brazo, estos abogados lo enviaron a hacerse terapias entre otros estudios médicos, al pasar un mes aproximadamente le dicen a mi esposo que el no tiene posibilidades de ganar el caso porque simplemente no pueden reunir las pruebas necesarias, cuando hay muchas pruebas de lo qué pasó! ahora mi esposo tiene que pagar las terapias y los exámenes que le hicieron, se supone que no debe pagar nada sino ganaban su caso, mi esposo ha perdido trabajos por la lesión que tiene... no sabemos que hacer ahora, si pudiera darles 0 estrellas lo haría, porque se aprovecharon de la buena fe de una persona... pusimos un caso en sus manos y lo que hicieron fue dejarnos con una gran deuda en vez de ayudarnos, esta situación ha generado un estrés fuerte en la familia, nos ha afectado emocional y económicamente ... en conclusión, estos abogados no son competentes para llevar su caso, investigue primero todas las opciones y pida que le hablen claro desde el principio, no se debe engañar por esta firma.

They took my case, they put into medical treatment thank you for that. Almost one month after they told me they couldn't continue with the case because apparently I didn't have more evidences. It was the only thing I didn't have but I have their license tags, their voices recorded, text messages, the address of one of the drivers and STILL is not enough. Now I have an useless left arm, no case and my medical bills are gonna be payed from My car insurance wich called me yesterday telling me "your policy payment went UP" I was fired from one job because of this issue in my arm. I have to work even harder now because my monthly bills are MORE, with one useless left arm, I can't play piano or guitar or any other of my things because of this. You could told me a month ago" your case is not winnable"and let me go to another lawyer who could do something. You NEVER asked for the evidence videos in my building cameras, I found out that after a month. You know you could do more. But they treatme nicely by phone at least. Sorry, 2 stars.
