The best and most professional service that I ever received!!! They were always there when I had any questions. My experience from a previous law office, I saw and spoke with my Attorney 1 time. But with this law office, Mr. Benenati was the first person I saw on my first visit to the office and he was always available by email or phone. Love the staff members.

very detail oriented. always had someone available to talk to about my case and a great guy in general. hes not just in it for the money he cares about his clients. i felt very comfortable being represented by him. i will go to him again if need be.

Many years after using the services of Walter Benenati’s firm, I had to reach out again for assistance on a something that resurfaced. Within hours of Monday opening of the office, not only did Mr. Benenati personally respond to me, he and his staff immediately accessed my files and resolved the issue faster than I could get around to responding to their “we will check this out” message! I received immediate, friendly and helpful professional service many years ago, and just received the exact same thing again today. THAT is amazing customer service, and amazing service seems to genuinely be the “best practice” cornerstone of Walter Benenati and his staff. I highly recommend!

The initial consultation was with Mr Benanati and he made me feel at ease after the consult over the phone. Lynn was a sweetheart and did all she could to help me and explained everything in details to me even though I didn’t understand most of it she made sure that I didn’t leave confused.
