Highly recommend, Mr. Benenati is very attentive to his clients needs and compassionate. They made sure that my husband was comfortable at court and explained the whole situation to the attorney that would represent us. In less than four months we had our debts discharged. Mr. Benenati was recommended to us by my sister's friends and I assure you from the moment I walked in and spoke to him all my worries were put at ease. While waiting for our court date my husband had a heart attack and we had to miss our court date. They did not charge us a no show fee. Ms. Lazo was so compassionate with my husband who suffers from early dementia, she calmed him and made him feel at ease. They would answer all our calls and emails immediately and even after the court appointment Mr. Benenati took the time to answer some doubts as always he was a gentleman. The process was smooth and I have recommended him to many friends and in-laws that are already clients of his . The price is so reasonable and you get the best service. I wish him many blessings just as he blessed my family when we needed a fresh start. Thank you to all in the firm, everyone was so professional and kind. I still can't remember the name of the attorney that represented us in court but a more caring soul, I could not have met. I had to ask permission from the nursing home facility my husband was in to go and she took the time to calm his anxiety since Ms. Lazo was kind enough to let her know of my husband having dementia. She took the time to speak to the judge assistant so that he could answer in a correct manner. All my anxiety and worries have been put at ease. By far the best law firm in Orlando.

This firm failed to communicate and dropped my case with out notifying me, causing me to accumulate hefty medical bill, and stress! Did not offer other possible options such as having my medical bill paid directly through my insurance, something I had to figure out and fight on my own. We suffered another accident and waisted no time in choosing another firm. I also tell people to stay away from these guys.
