Currently it is April 23,2018 I am sitting in the benenati law firm. And I figured I write a pre and post review on my experience over all because I know based on what I have read here that is how I made my choice to retain this firm. So far I've been 3 weeks into this journey and I have to say this firm has lived up to there word and reviews. There communication is open and very responsive to any concerns that you may have. I have been so nervous about this process and I am the type that always have 7 billion questions anytime I've emailed or called they were there assuring me everything is okay and giving me the feed back I needed. So far my experience has been 100/100. I will follow up with a post review once everything has been completed. But so far I think this place and each employee that works here has and is amazing to warm and greeting to just understanding and patient, something very rare to find now a days from people in general. It's a blessing that I came across this place and so far I am glad I have made the choice. Although you go through many different people not one person treats you an less and that is what I like. No attorney attitudes or just snobby employees that don't directly handle your case. Check them out 100% to settle any nervousness or curiousness of you are thinking about going threw the bankruptcy process......

The best lawyers in town. Dealt with them. Denisse was awesome and Claribel.... They treat you as family. They are an office I will recommend always.

They made the process as simple as possible. Of course, you must do your part as well, e.g. you must get the proper paperwork together. This must be an informed decision and they make sure to educate you in any way possible. The only thing I would say they should improve on would be better communication. Some times I'd write an email, and it would take a little longer than expected to respond. However, I understand, they do have a lot of clients. I would go to them again for any need.
