My experience working with Walter Benenati and his staff has been an amazing one! The very day I hired them, I knew my legal matter was in very capable hands. I met directly with him for my consultation and he stayed in contact throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel like “just another client”. Don’t bother he greets he’s clients with an rude arrogant attitude! All he wants you to do it’s filed chapter 7, because he’s lazy and less paperwork for him. He was a dissapointment speaking with him. Then he will referred you to one if he’s buddies who is as horrible and lazy as he is. Just do research their slots of awesome other attorneys that actually want to help you.

The process of Bankruptcy is tedious and takes a toll however Mr.Benenati and those at this firm make it simple. They have so many client but make you feel as you are the only client.
