I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Jacob Stuart for representing me. He made me feel comfortable and very relaxed. It truly amazes me how an attorney such as Stuart can make complete strangers feel important and a priority, in their most dire need of help. Unfortunately, I met Mr. Stuart on the wrong circumstances but i was very glad that I had the pleasure of meeting this man. When you first come out of jail and need to start acting and getting things in order you may feel like you don't know where to start. I understand completely how horrible , frightening, and paralyzed you may feel. I was referred to this law firm by close friends but I had to go on the internet to call around. After meeting with 2 attorneys and speaking to the 3rd over the phone it was clear as water to hire "Raised to Protect". Jacob was the first person we spoke to as soon as we entered his office. He comforted my mother and I with simply his smile and words at the moment. He was just leaving the office with his suitcase as we arrived and I thought "ohh no I have to speak with his assistant now". But I was so wrong , I began to fear for no reason. See this is the great advantage of having a law firm on your side. Jacob had to step out but I was able to meet with Bruce Mount and Justin Bleakley. They were patient and understanding. They walked me through the next few steps and let me know exactly what to do to get my hardship license since I had been arrested for a DUI and caught several other charges. They were non judgmental and told me " This does not make you a bad person." I was such a mess that I cried, and kept my head down with shame. Before the end of our time I was feeling better all because of them. Here I am, 1 year and 2 months later almost out of the legal system. After God, I owe my freedom to them. We had gone to trial , for the DUI and DUI with property damage cases, it seemed that everyone was against us. Even the Judge was hard on the attorneys but that didn't matter to them. They defended me and fought all through it. About 5 cops 2 witnesses and the poor old lady I hit were there to make sure I went to jail for a while. God used Mr. Bruce Mount to change the view of the jury and their final verdict was "Not Guilty". Now I know I can't assure you that your case will have the same outcome but one thing I can assure you is that each and everyone of them will work hard for you and that they will remind you of what your initial goal is. Because there may come an offer that you want to take because it is sure and the continuing of a case is not. I am currently complying with requirements of the conditions for the removal of all other charges so I have nothing on my record. Meanwhile, I'm living a normal life. I know from experience that all this legal process is very scary especially on your first offense and that's only because we don't know the outcome but when you have God in your heart and great lawyers like Justin ,Jacob and Bruce that walk you step by step and are dependable there is no need to fear. This is just another bump in Life's journey. I am very grateful to this law firm for their quality in work, their professionalism, and all their efforts and investment in me. I recommend them to anyone and everyone because they are an elite and special lawfirm that have good in their genes, they were " Raised to Protect". Mr. Stuart is a relatively young attorney but integrity and dedication obviously have nothing to do with age. His commitment to his clients is unquestionable and his rate of success unprecedented. Mr. Stuart is a great attorney because he helped resolved my ticket so I didn't get points on my license. When I first called Mr. Stuart, he was very kind and explicit on his instructions so I was able to give him the information he needed in order for him to help solve my ticket situation. Mr. Stuart gave me updates on the status of my court dates and always called me to update me so I was always aware of how things were moving along.
