I cannot say enough about the law office of Moses and Rooth. They are excellent attorneys and wonderful people. I am a pharmacist that was charged with multiple counts of trafficking in Oxycodone which called for a minimum mandatory sentence of 25 years per count which amounted to close to 100 years. I am a law abiding citizen with no criminal record and was arrested for dispensing forged prescriptions from a very experienced drug ring in Central FL. I was accused of knowingly participating in trafficking. I was innocent of these charges and a victim myself, Jay Rooth discerned this right away. He worked tirelessly to build my case and was such a godsend. He was genuinely concerned for me and my family and fought for me like a brother. His hard work resulted in a dismissal of all charges without a trial and the arrest record is now in the process of being expunged. Cases dealing with professionals and licenses can be complex and Jay worked hard to ensure that my professional license was not compromised at all. He never over promised and was always prepared and proactive. I felt like I had 2 lawyers because Andrew Moses was so deeply involved as well. The professionalism of Jay, his partner Andrew Moses, and his assistant Tara was greatly appreciated. I was always kept informed of the progress of the case and my questions always received the required attention. Jay Rooth is an excellent lawyer. He made my family and I very comfortable when discussing my case with him at the office. Mr. Rooth knew how scared I was of going to jail due to my pregnancy. He was very helpful and honest right from the very beginning. I had a felony pending, never once had to go to make an appearance at court. I was always notified before and after Mr. Rooth would make an appearance at the court on my behalf. As a result of his hard work I was never charged for the felony, my case was dropped and I was able to continue my life. I really appreciate all the hard work his firm has done for me and his always available secretary Tara! Found my self in a tough situation facing a felony for leaving the scene of accident/injuries.I was very stressed out didn't no what to do on a Saturday. After getting in some legal trouble, I needed guidance on what my best options were.
