I'm elated that Attorney Luz Root took on my case. She was the best from start to finish. She was through and communicative.

I used Rose and I had an old cass that may have landed me in jail. She made sure that didn’t happen. She knew the law that’s always how you win when an attorney can tell the judge what Rose did my judge they win!! Sue wok everything was dismissed!!! If u need a really good attorney to be there for you and do their job use this firm!!! Rose was the best

Seems like these attorneys isn’t in favor to help or give leads out but only look for gold smh I called for advice and was told immediately I cannot be helped without being heard fully, This shows these attorneys cares more for the numbers then there actual clients, I called sun shine attorney in Orlando who was kind to hear my case and give me lead better then these attorneys who just want to hear gold…

Please do your research and dont use this firm. I had retained Ms. Kourtney Daly to serve as my dad's attorney for nearly 3 months with nothing being done at all. I have tried to reach Ms. Daly at her office numerous times to speak with her directly. Instead, I only speak to her receptionist or paralegal, after multiple attempts to contact her via email, text and calls. She appeared to be uninterested in my dad's case since she never showed up to court or even visited him to even talk to him about his case besides the 1 day on 9/24/2022 which she spoke to him for about 30 min at best about his case. On a side note, I want you to know that I have never dealt with someone that has been so uncaring and unprofessional to actually update or even return a simple call or text. To prove the point how bad the unprofessionalism on her part is since November 29 of 2022 the law offices of Rice Law firm the new counsel i retained sent a Joint Stipulation to be signed and after 3 weeks of multiple calls and emails they finally got a response to be able to change lawyers. I am glad that at the very least someone besides me can see the unprofessionalism from Ms Kourtney Daly. Because of my intense desire and need to protect my dad with competent counsel I felt compelled to switch to a better attorney that's actually going to communicate and actually work for the upfront money I paid. I asked Mrs Daly and her firm to please send a copy of the itemized bill of the retainer and payment I made detailing any hours worked on my dad's case. Should not be much since she never showed up or did anything in my dads case. But as of today 12/31/2022 not a single response from anyone at Smith & Eulo firm or Ms Daly. I also want to point out that I see a lot of great and bad reviews. More great reviews than bad. Seems to me that all the great reviews are from the main partners and not the lawyers that work for them. Hopefully this gets fixed soon because this is who you have representing your firm and you will start to see more negative than good reviews. Anyway do your research and if you do plan on using this firm, make sure you specifically ask to be represented by the main partners. I hope to hear from the firm soon regarding the retainer and all money paid because if not I will have to seek legal counsel for malpractice.

I can not say enough about Ken Eulo. I called the firm on 11/28 the day before my 64th Birthday. He called me right back within the hour. I had a 1st degree misdemeanor case and was in a panic. Ken calm me down and said don’t worry he will take care of everything. I had called 2 other lawyers besides Ken, he made me feel the most at ease. My case was dismissed on 12/8. Ken goes the extra mile for his clients and is ALWAYS reachable, which most lawyers are not. If you need a lawyer this is your guy. I am so grateful for the job he has done. I cannot thank him enough.
