Great guy, great attorney.

Son unas personas poco profesionales estuve casi 2 años con ellos les marcaba para saber de mi caso y la mayoría de beses no contestaban me cambiaron varias veces de representante y ya cuando me dicen su caso se resuelve en este mes pun me llaman y me dicen llano podemos llevar su caso y ahora estoy con la deuda de las clínicas y sin saber que hacer son de lo peor

Jamas volvería a contratar sus servicios, la comunicación pesima, nos decían que iban a enviar documentos ya fuera a la aseguranza o a la corte y tardaban meses en ser enviados, nos decían se los enviaremos a ustedes por correo y en cuanto los firmen los enviamos, nosotros veniamos hasta la oficina para no perder tiempo en lo que los documentos llegaban por correo y segun ellos ya estaban listos para ser enviados, a la semana siguiente llamabamos y todavía non enviaban y adi pasabán meses... Sometueron una demanda o mas bien mediación en la corte y supuestamente en menos de un mes la corte enviaría cita, pero pasaron seis meses y ellos nunca nos avisaron, siete meses después nos dicen que no pueden seguir con el caso... Nos cambiaban de paralegal a cada rato

Law firm has zero sympathy for what happened to you and the simple fact that you hired them, they will give you the run around and then cut you off when you’re speaking. This is the worst experience ever. Forgot to mention they took majority of the settlement.

DON'T HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!! After assuring me that they would help me with my "good case," even with medical fees and such, they ignored my attempts at communication, dragged their feet in getting back to me, did not counsel me as to how to proceed with medical treatment and generally did not help at all! Now they tell me that my original attorney and paralegal are no longer in the company and another attorney reviewed my case and decided to drop it! It has been since May 2018, when they took the case, and now they drop it! The rep calling me, had no apologies or any statements showing accountability by the firm. She only characterized my case in a negative light and pointed out the difficulties in my case, which were always known from the day they decided to take the case. She did could not explain why the firm did not follow up until now. But she was very good at pointing blame at my case and not at her firm! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!! SAVE YOURSELF A YEAR OF YOUR LIFE!!!

Jeannette is the best!!

Jeanette Serrano was very helpful in my car accident case. She is completely trustworthy which is why I trusted her in communicating with me about my case. She is so sweet and has a lot of patience due to me being a busy college student! I also love the fact that she is bilingual since she was able to help my dad with his case as well.
