SUPERIOR I am a single mother with four kids. I thought being a great mom was giving them everything. I made poor choices and lack of knowledge that in the end didn't benefit them in anyway. As hard and embarrassing it is to admit I put us in a position that I could not recover from. I felt alone,scared. I was an emotional wreck. After many sleepless nights I decided to do something so I searched the internet and come across the Badgley Law Group. Tanya was my first contact. She was so kind, so understanding, non judgmental, and compassionate. After we spoke I already knew this was my law firm, she made me feel so comfortable over the phone. Then I meet Jeff he was also very kind.He explained very precisely how the legal process would go , and step by step things I had to do, and a time frame of the process. He was understanding but most importantly he did not sugar coat the situation but spoke with such care that I knew he would fight for me. I could call with questions anytime and was always met with respect there were no hidden cost or fees I would recommend the Badgley Law Group to anyone in need of their services. Badgley Law group was very professional, they had amazing communication, and they were very honest. They made the process of my bankruptcy filing less stressful and very time efficient. When I called the lawyers office to set up an appointment I had the blessing of talking to Tanya first. It was amazing that there was no judgment towards me, showing excellent listening skills even with my accent. She was very professional, caring, and at the same time, polite. She made me feel like if she knew me forever. When I met with her and Jeff the lawyer all I was doing is trying to get some information and see if there was a way to correct the errors I made due ignorance and to learn what kind of consequences I was about to face. They took my case. They have taken care of me step by step in an amazing and wonderful way. A lot of professionals are hungry for money and want money, but there are only a few who truly care for their client. To tell you the truth, it is not truly about me but the well being of my children in the process of everything I’ve been facing. Jeff, Tanya and the staff have been honest, professional, and caring. They don’t say it but they show it. This is great!!! I recommend for you to give yourself an opportunity to meet them and trust that they will do what is the right and best for you and your family. No, I am not being paid by anyone to say these words which are even better. A lot of businesses pay to get great feedback, but they don’t. Saying thank you is not enough, but showing appreciation in every way possible is what I am trying to do by sharing my experience with you. Not only that, but I am telling you that you will be in great hands if you allow them to help you through this process.

The decision to file bankruptcy is never an easy one. After incurring a large amount of debt due to my wife's chronic health conditions, we were struggling to make ends meet, even with both of us working. Contacting Jeff Badgley was the best decision! He was very considerate and took the time to set our minds at ease about the process and the ramifications. His office was available any time my wife or I had a question, which was often. Jeff Badgley and his paralegal Tanya were amazing!!! I HIGHLY recommend for bankruptcy. If you are in financial distress and don't think you qualify, please see them. Don't give up. They are honest and will advise you what is best for your situation. They held my hand so many times when I got panicked about something related to my case and each and every time they calmed me and helped me through what was happening. They even helped when I was so upset and stressed out about a totally unrelated manner. The best thing about Jeff and Tanya is I felt like they cared and they are extremely trustworthy. They listened and when situations did arise, they found solutions to each and everything that came up!
