Son los mas pillos abogado que e visto no ayudan al perjudicado solo se ayuda ellos con los cobradores ,nunca llaman a nadie solo le envian papeles para supuesta mente tratar de que te sobre algo y terminan ganadoselo todo ello por que no hacen nada para que te sobre dinero ,mira ami el ortopeda cobro por un dia 1280 y ellos queria 960 y como no peliaron para rebajarlo ellos se lo pagaron y nunca consultaron nada del caso con migo a ver si estaba deacuerdo son unos chachulleros caripelaos pillos,vendidos,y se laban la cara con lechuga .

Can't believe they put they re advertising everywhere like they take any case related with workers comp but NOT!... They only want light and easy cases.. shame on you!! IM NOT RECOMENDED! Im Not!!!

My experience with Pendas Law Firm Has And Is Still The Worst I have Had . They only care about you and your case until they get your case, onces they have it they don't even take your calls,Their services are not good at all, you are better off talking to an answering machine. instead you talk to to people that don't know what's going on and give you the wrong information. Talk about conference calls I've never seen a place where you have to wait 24 to 48 hrs for a 2mintue phone call. or I tried getting in touch with Pendas himself , I got his Assistant. I guess he is to busy to pick up a phone call or call a unsatisfied cilent. Anyway I'm very unhappy with the way they treat people, and how they have handled my daughters case. I would not recommend them to anyone, you want lawyers and paralegals that are going to do right by you.

My experience with this Law Firm has been absolutely terrible.... (if you're checking reviews prior to giving them a call then take a good look at mine T.T) and tbh i'm assuming these 5 star reviews are probably fake... or people from their own firm) I regret not checking them out a bit more before giving them a call. I was recently in an accident july 14th.... messed up the rear end of my car and now it has mechanical issues (no longer runs now.....) had negotiated for a $xxxx settlement .... (really only recieve $xxxx amount of dollars because of attorney % and fees....) well now after the agreement... it's more or less been two months out of the three and anytime i've called (which has been SEVERAL times just to speak with someone for a few minutes to get some sort of update ( only called 1-2's a week at 1st but everytime i'd call there was negligence..... they'd blow you off and ask for you to leave a message and they'll have your case manager give you a call back..... welp it never happens atleast not with my case manager ... to have any sort of update and just try explain the ''procedure'' (they more or less bullshit you on the phone whatever they can do to keep your $ in their bank) saying it takes 3 months but when I talked to the attorney a day prior to my case manager she more or less said he misinformed me about my check being ready even though... he told me i could schedule an appointment to come sign off on my settlement... (I'm 21 I really have no reason to go out of my way to leave a bad review so if you want to avoid headaches and just being treated badly by their staff I wouldn't suggest using them... like I said there is negligence in their staff i've asked to speak with supervisors before and the attorney had got offened i'm assuming and wanted to keep me on the phone with him and wanted lie about being a supervisor there also my case manager claims to have called me back but according to my call log history it seems to be different T.T ) They are VERY dishonest , they'll misinform you then act like it's your fault when someone else from their law firm said something entirely different..., and terrible customer service honestly I wish I had gone with a law firm a bit more professional... ( a law firm that actually makes you feel like they are there to help you out) because I feel like I got totally screwed...

WARNING!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM!!! THIS IS BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU!!! DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND HIRE A DIFFERENT LAWYER!!!

While waiting at a red light, this guy abruptly stopped his old jalopy by crashing on my rear end, the impact threw me agains the steering wheel and I received massive injuries to my lower back, neck and shoulders. At first I thought it would be okay, but as time passed, I realized it was worst than I suspected. There was a new spanish speaking radio station in Jacksonville and the Pendas Law Firm was running an ad, I contacted them and was greeted by Carolyn, outstanding paralegal, great personality, caring and very knowleageable. She took me under her wing, put me in contact with a well known chiropractor and after a few months, not only was I well on my way to recovery but very satisfied with the settlement and the service received. Well done, Carol!

Was in a car accident when I was in Orlando for a wedding. Thought it was the end of the world and things would never get better. Fortunately my spanish speaking friend recommended Pendas law firm who helped out tremendously for the case. 2 thumbs up.

Worst law firm, they never return your calls, they don't care, and its a case worker handling your case not an attorney. The insurance send them a letter denied my claim and if we want to reconsider we need to reply back with in 60 days. They received the letter and did nothing with it. Now its time to sue them.

This firm is very unprofessional. It seems they care very little about their clients and more abut the other party. They fell short of accusing me of lying and were not willing to go to court. Something very weird happened here and it made me feel that they had "sold out" to the other party.... STAY AWAY from them and look for another law firm with better reviews.
