I was referred to Victoria by one of her clients and she exceeded my expectations. I had a bad experience with another attorney whose actions made my case extremely difficult. Two other lawyers refused to take up my case saying that they do not have enough expertise. When I met Victoria, she discussed my options and stated clearly the good and bad sides of each option. She also agreed to take my case and explained that we both will have to work very hard to file a motion to reconsider the decision in a timely manner. We both worked very hard, and I have never met such a dedicated lawyer before. Not only Victoria was always available and giving prompt responses, but she revealed very much expertise during this experience , and worked extra time to help me cope with all the paperwork that was required. Victoria Shelegina is a passionate and dedicated lawyer.

Victoria Shelegina is a great Attorney, she has as academic knowledge of law and personal experience in immigration process which is important for successful solutions. Also, she had a law school education and experience back to Russia. Victoria helped my family with immigration process. Later I referred Victoria to my friends who did business immigration (that required to be very attentive to details). Today if I have any immigration questions or issues I will set an appointment with Victoria Shelegina.

Victoria Shelegina is a true Immigration Attorney, who is up to date with what is going on in the immigration field . She has a great amount of knowledge in immigration through Business/Investments in the US Economy, Asylum, etc. Absolutely recommended!

Definitely do not go with this lawyer! He is very rude and has not time to hear and really listen. I am very surprised at all the 5 stars. Don't waste your time with this guy! I live in Orlando and I will be reporting you to the disciplinarian board of LAWYERS! I cant believe you even have a license to practice law!!
