I was very hesitant to go through the procedure of bankruptcy, especially at this late age of my life of the close to retirement years. Going through difficult personal health and family events made this very hard, yet every person I came in contact at the Law offices of Attorney Walter Benenati made me feel at ease. Benenati Law Firm has an incredibly well-trained staff, from the receptionist to Mr. Benenati himself. They are all on the same page, they all care immensely about their clients, they all treat clients with dignity and respect, and I could not find one fault with their actions. As a veteran with PTSD, finding an attorney who was honest and kind, who also was able to strongly advocate for me and my situation in a trustworthy and timely fashion was a feat in itself. That his entire office staff also bore this same consciousness regarding their behaviors is incredible. I would definitely use this firm again should the need arise, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
