I had a nightmare in my Divorce case. I was forced to terminate services with two different law firms that I had retained to represent me, because they were not making progress on my case. The last of those lawyers worked 8 months to try to enforce what was decreed in the Divorce sentence and he made absolutely no progress in my case. Then I hired the services of Anderson & Ferrin, and in just one month they finished my case. I'm happy with the result, I'm sorry I didn't hire him from the beginning. Michael and Victoria worked hard, passionately and aggressively in my case, her secretary Melanie is very professional and dedicated to her work, she was always available to keep me informed about my case. I recommend them 100x100.

I needed some legal advice with regard to a closed family law case I had many years ago. Anderson & Ferrin were quick to respond to my inquiry. My phone consultation was held with Mr. Ferrin. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice. With the information he provided me, an attorney was not obtained at this time but I know if I ever needed an attorney again, I will most definitely give them a call. This firm handled my divorce in 2017 and I was very happy with that out come. Continuing to deal with the Ex, I once again retained this law firm in 2021. The Ex's goal was to contact the law firm and cost me as much as possible. It is obvious to me the firm seem to accept this approach and continued to charge me for every message or email sent to them. There was a triangle I was caught in where one point had an objective to send a lot of messages, the other point had a reason to collect and charge the client and the last point had to pay, that would be me. In one month I paid this firm over $500 without them doing anything for me other than reading the ex's emails. With approximately 26 filings by the ex done pro se, this law firm didn't file on my behalf to sanction the respondent as a vexatious litigant. There was a court order that limited her communication, but they continued to allow her excessive emails and charge for reading them.

I know I wasn’t a cooperative client, but Michael Ferrin did me justice. Smart attorney gets the job done right. I should’ve used them for my original divorce.
