I was involved in an auto accident with multiple injuries. I was at a loss at to what I should do and what my legal rights were since the accident was clearly not my fault and encountered a new experience with FL being a "no-fault" state. Karen H. was my main contact and even though I have never met her in person I feel she cares and definitely knows what she is doing. I had a car accident in 2012 and had been dealing with another attorney here in Florida, which brought me nothing but frustration and headache. In January of 2014 Mr. William J. I was at a red light less than a mile from my house when a man too busy looking in his rear view mirror at what he said was a man tail- gaiting him. He hit me at what the State Trooper said anywere between 40 and 45 miles an hour when I was at a dead stop. I had a torn rotator cuff and bruised kidneys. 2 shoulder surgeries and months of therapy later. I was referred Mr. Sam King from my friend James Redig. I was struck by another driver running a red light and my Mother perished in the accident. It was not a time when I could deal with the accident side of things. Samuel King was recommended to me by my Father-in-law's lawyer Karl Bungder. Sam took away all the worry, all the responsibilty, during this time when I was in shock and having to deal with the loss in our family. He made sure I knew what type of letters I might get and to just forward them to him. He gathered up all the medical bills, medical liens, conversed with the auto companies, and just handled all of it so I could focus on recovery and the family which is where my efforts needed to be. Sam kept us up to date and informed at every turn. He went the extra mile and worked with my Mother's estate lawyer in Iowa for information and laws between the two states. I was amazed at what his knowledge and investigation brought to light on what options we had through insurance companies. He also was able to let me know what my own insurance would be better to be upgraded to that would match my husbands, as my uninsured motorist policy was little low. Now I feel like I have safer coverage. I would put my trust in Sam every time. He made this legal process so stress free for me and he was so understanding and he worked very hard to bring my Mother's estate, and my own personal injuries the most that he could. I highly recommend Samual King and his staff Karen Haddock to handle any issue with understanding, compassion, and care. They will let you focus on recovering while they handle the legal heavy lifting.

I had a really bad accident and went to Sam King after someone suggested I go see him. They are wonderful there, I had never dealt with a lawyer before but every time I met with him he always made me feel so at ease and explained all of my legal questions in ways that I could understand. Karen was who I went through a lot of the time and she was awesome at always calling me back and getting things done as quickly as possible. Even when I would call the office the front desk was always super nice. I would definitely suggest going to this office to people who needed a lawyer, they get things done as quickly as possible and don't settle for anything less than what you want.
