My fiance and I have used "Buck" numerous times and never once had an issue!! He never hounded us about money, in fact he knocked off 7k off of our total cause he knew we didn't have it. My fiance was facing 10 years and he got it knocked down to 2 1/2. Every time I have ever called he responds to me within 24 hours, but mostly within 3-4 hours. My brother in law has also used him and is currently using him again and has never once had a problem. I highly recommend Buck and I have no complaints what so ever!!! He knows what he's doing!

He made claims he never delivered on. From the start he hounded our family for money, threatening to quit the case numerous times. He always showed up late for hearings or had them rescheduled without telling us (the family). His staff never returns phone calls and if you DO get them on the phone, they are rude and abrupt. When he did manage to show up, he was unprepared and always appeared looking rushed. When arriving at his office for a scheduled appointment, we sat for hours waiting to see him. Then he would rush us out of the office but not before asking us if we had any money for him. This lawyer should not have the title. Just because he went to law school does not make him a lawyer. A lawyer cares about his clients, is diligent, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If you value your money, your freedom and expect respect, professionalism and competent defense, please, please, please DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!

horrible, started my case, said it was easy to fix. Rescheduled my court a few months, took half my money, rescheduled my appointments with him about 6-7 times. Never returned my calls. Then I find out on my own through clerk of courts, that he filed a motion to withdraw from my case. Never ever actually telling me. Now I'm at zero and I have court in 1 month.........

WARNING this Attorney is the biggest waste of time and money that you will ever experience. He will talk the talk but not walk the walk. He will tell you everything he thinks you want to hear in order to get his hands on your money fatten his pockets and then do about nothing for you and pretty much simply abandon you to the court system with absolutely no guidance whatsoever. He just wants your money does not care about you or your ordeal or even that you are innocent. On top of that he charges outrageous fees just to have his useless name on your case. Dont waste your money and time on this clown.

His actions are both negligent and border on criminal. He is quite curt as well as his staff they are all unresponsive to communication and are not proactive. Money seems to be his motivation and his only motivation he does not take care and dilligence when dealing with his clients. I would not reccomend him to my adversary.
