I turned to the O'Mara Law Firm after being unhappy with my original divorce attorney and thank goodness I did! Attorney Bert Barclay and his team represented me in my case and I am SO grateful for their support. I was able to come to an agreement with my ex-spouse through mediation and feel that Bert and Sophia, his paralegal, were critical in helping me prepare for my mediation and ultimately helped me win the financial support I needed to move forward with my new life. I was connected to this law firm via a relative. I certainly would not recommend them , not really understanding USA laws I feel they charge a huge fee for very little return. I don't feel they put the welfare of there clients as a priority. They seem to mainly to be concerned with charging a lot of Money. I think when you have paid a lawyer several thousand dollars and they don't even know after 2 weeks where their client is unacceptable. Then they say that the money you have paid is a retainer and the standard fee no matter how much time and effort they put in.All I know is it seems this would not happen in my Country.
