Cathleen worked very professionally and gave the appropriate attention and time in the significant moments of the process.  She provided the right balance of listening to the client and giving objective advice to make the correct decisions.  Her input was clear and sound, and it was projected in a way that kept potentially tricky situations calm and moving forward. Her law office came recommended, and, in turn, I would recommend their family law services to others.

Cathleen Winter defended me in a very stressful divorce action by my now ex-husband. Early on she impressed me by making sure I had realistic expectations and understood the details and nuances of the whole process so I had the right context in which to prioritize my goals. In the end I was able to tick the box on all of my most critical items, including the family home and major time-sharing / residing with my children (as my ex was a stay at home dad, this outcome was at risk). Due to the clarity Cathleen provided, I was able to stay focused during mediation and in the end we were able to wrap up without litigation and within 5 months. Due to COVID, my income fluctuated but we were forthcoming with actual figures so that any ruling would not be compromised. I would highly highly recommend Cathleen to anyone requiring representation in Family Law related matters.

Cathleen and her team did a great job. I'm very happy with the outcome, so is my ex. They worked very efficiently, effectively and produced all documents in high quality, implemented changes quickly. It's worth to have good documents. They were available even on the week-ends. Responded fast to my e-mails fast but thoughtfully. In sum, they are not cheap, but worth every penny.
