Mike was a God sent! I was arrested for battery. I had no idea what would happen to me, but i hired him for the case and he really fought hard for me, and got me a great result!! I thought my life would be over after the arrest, it was the worst experience of my life. But, talking to him, i knew he was the attorney for me! He was knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. I completely trusted his ability to handle my case (and im glad i did). Thank you so much Mike! and now i'm hiring him to seal my record!!

I was in jail on a probation violation where i caught a new charge for assault. Mike got me out of the situation ASAP!!!!!, i barely spent time in jail where other people have spent months in jail and then had to fight a new charge. Mike got the new charge dismissed through a motion. When I showed up for the hearing, Mike was so good even the judge was agreeing with everything he said!! Case dismissed! i didnt have to pay any fines no plea deals nothing, it was a ridiculous charge anyways that i should have never been arrested for

I have been dealing with Mr. Mancuso and his staff for over a year. He and Jennifer have been great to work with. They have kept me informed and communicate any details and follow up completely. Joe Mancuso and I had what I thought a good honest Lawyer/Client relationship. Joe did a good enough job and was able to get my case to a point where the plaintiff decided not to retain the services of there attorney's. After weeks of hearing nothing from either Joe or his office I receive a notice addressed to the Judge from Joe Mancuso requesting for Joe to be taken off the case due to irreconcilable differences. Strange since we had not spoken for a few weeks and we had never had any type of disagreement prior. After a telephone conversation with Joe Mancuso he advised me that we did not have any problems but he just wanted to be paid an extra hourly fee to represent me further as our flat fee agreement was no longer valid as he had a member of his families medical bills to pay.

Joe Mancuso handled my credit card debts and had the debts reduced very satisfactorily. His charges were reasonable. He kept me informed as he negotiated with the credit card companies and dealt with me on a one to one basis (no paralegals). I found him to be compassionate and aggressive in a nice way.
