I made an appointment and met with Cheryl Hooper, who listened intently to my case and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. We kept in contact about my medical treatments over the next 10 months, and if Cheryl was not available when I called in, she always returned my calls and emails promptly. Ultimately, Cheryl and the firm were able to secure a settlement for me and did a great job negotiating my medical costs down to increase my share.
