Just had my will and final documents done at Olsen Law Firm. I also got a “Ladybird deed” on my property too to avoid probate and leave it to my son. Everything went fine. The staff is very friendly and with appointments there was very little waiting time. I highly recommend Tom Olsen Law Firm. His little dog “Max” was there too and a joy to see.

I appreciate that I could attend a free informative session where Tom Olsen told me everything I needed to know about estates. I was able to get a will, life estate deed, and other documents so that when I pass away, it will make it easy for my children to handle my estate, with no probate costs.

My daughter and I visited Tom Olsen on Tuesday for some changes to my trust. Tom is like an old friend or family member who greeted me as such. I had not seen him in person since 2010 but see him regularly on his TV program. He is such a fine lawyer who anticipated my needs by the email I had sent to him. MY daughter was only here in FL for a few days but he squeezed us into his schedule. I would recommend him to anyone who need a good, reliable, honest attorney with a warm personality as well. Tom set up my family’s will and trust. He thoroughly exlplained the importance of funding the trust and how to go about it. He provided me an index book to assist me organize my estate documents. All this paid dividends for me as we had to work through our parents estates by giving us insights to the process before it was thrust upon us. I am totally happy with Tom Olsen’s representation.
