Plain common sense kind of guy that explains what the legal jargon means in simple terms

We engaged the Olsen Law Firm to update our wills and trusts. Because life interfered it took two years to accomplish this through no fault of the Olsen Law Firm. We were quite happy with the results. They are very professional without being stuffed shirts and we very much appreciate that.

As part of our planning journey, my wife and I consulted with Chris Merrill about preparing durable powers of attorney to designate a representative to handle our financial affairs should either of us become incapacitated. Chris listened to our needs and made sure we understood the benefits of these documents. Subsequently, a family member had difficulty obtaining medical information regarding a spouse, so we asked Chris to prepare medical powers of attorney for each of us. The documents were promptly prepared, a convenient appointment was made, and the documents were signed and notarized. From our initial call, to the execution of the documents, Chris made us feel comfortable with our decisions. My wife and I enthusiastically recommend Chris and the Olson Law group for your legal needs!

Chris prepared a very thorough trust for me and my wife. Chris shepherded us through the process and was very thorough.

They provided Last Will and Testament, Living Will Declaration, Health Care Advance Directive, Power of Attorney for Financial Affairs, and Enhanced Life Estate Deed. They were very prompt and helpful in providing these services. I also felt their price was reasonable.

Mr Jones and his paralegal, Jessica were very attentive to our needs regarding our wills, deeds, POA’ sand so on. They were very patient with all ours questions and took the time we needed to make sure we understood everything.

Attorney Holley Knapik prepared our wills and several other documents for my husband and me. We first met with Holley, After we told Holley about our family, we asked her what Estate Planning documents we needed, and to avoid probate. She explained in detail what documents we should have and why we should have them. We asked questions, and she answered all of our questions. A few days later, Holley forwarded the documents to us for review and approval. She said we could make changes if we wanted to. I proofed all of the documents, then contacted her to set up an appointment for the signing. I would recommend Holley to anyone who needs Estate Planning documents.
