My son was in ICE waiting for deportation for 15 months. He went before the judge about 3 times and was ordered to be removed each time. The judge ruled that his charges were aggravated felonies. Sasha knew they were not because she knows the law. She appealed the judge ruling and won. A few months later he went before the judge again and this time my son was granted cancellation of removal.
