Highly recommend the Umansky Law Firm! Bill, Randy and the crew are very professional. After my auto accident in July of 2015, I didn't immediately seek an attorney since the accident was not my fault. After being recommended to talk to Bill to protect my interest, my case was suddenly was muddied by a second accident, again not my fault. Bill and Randy were able to keep everything separate and settle both cases to my satisfaction. Umansky Law Firm is first class!

Wooo no good customer service the over charge people they don't know what they doing.

Extremely dissatisfied with the representation I received... Not only did I have to contact the office on a REGULAR basis just to receive updates I ended up having to take a plea deal for an exigent circumstance case where the police entered my home without a warrant or probable cause! I was told throughout the process that my case was easy to defend and that case law was on my side. Once the plea offers started and I would refuse attorney Michael barber would tell me OK well I’m going to do this and that and next time around when I would look for an update it was the same thing all over again. I ended up basically being pressured into taking a plea offer that I could have secured with a public defender for $500, In essence I feel like I paid for waivers of appearance for the pre-trial hearings. I had also relocated out of the Orlando area and lived 6 hours away, one day after a pre-trail hearing I received a call from Michael Barber (First time ever) and was told about the latest plea offer and that I should probably take it or there would be a pretty good chance I would go to jail for 15 years and If I wanted to accept the offer I would have to be in Orlando the next morning! That’s less than 24 hours’ notice! I was told "Sorry” over and over.. I have lost my well-paying job due to this situation because of a problem neighbor which was no fault of my own! I too am sorry that I ever decided to retain this law firm! everything about how my case was handled is UNACCEPTABLE! They contacted me EVERY TIME payment was due like clockwork.. Wish they were on top of my case as much as they were on top of the payments! This was my personal experience with this firm.

I had contacted Zahra Umansky of Umansky law firm, she is a brilliant and intelligent lawyer, explained clearly what to expect and guided through the court procedures and successfully handled the case, very grateful to her. All her staff is very courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend Umansky Law firm to anyone who is looking for a good reliable lawyer.

Leaving the scene of an accident without providing information case for my son who rear ended someone and actually did not leave the scene of the accident but drove to far down the street causing the charge. He also received a careless driving ticket. Our hopes were that the careless driving ticket would be combined in criminal court and get thrown out and that Zahra would be successful at getting his misdemeanor criminal offense reduced to a traffic infraction penalty since my son is only 19 and has no driving record or accidents. Within a month Zahra did just that an then some. The prosecutor agreed to reduce the charge if we provided proof the claim of the other driver's vehicle damage had been paid in full and we supplied that. From there she informed us she would motion to move the trial date up and motion to have my son dismissed from having to appear. Within I believe a week's time she contacted me back to let me know t was all set and that she would request the judge to therefore drop the careless driving citation since my son was pleading nolo contendre to the traffic infraction penalty with adjudication withheld. The judge agreed and we couldn't be happier with everything that she did for us so quickly. Luckily for my son he was able to continue working during this time and walked away with just a $147 penalty to pay for everything. No points on his license, no traffic fine to pay, no criminal conviction at such a young age for this and not probation or any other things that go along with a conviction further disrupting his life. Zahra was excellent and my son learned a valuable lesson and with very minimal posed against him. Thank you very much Zahra Umansky, we appreciate everything you did and hope you have a very Happy New year.

This was my first time ever needing a lawyer and the Umansky's were nothing but professional, diligent, and kind. Bill was very persistent on my case and informed me of any updates. If I ever need a lawyer again, I will definitely contact this firm!

Bill and his team were excellent in helping me with my car accident case. They were all diligent in trying to ensure that I got all the help I needed and always stayed on top of my case. I was extremely bad at keeping in touch due to working and being a full time student, Randy always kept in touch at least every 1-2 months, checking in and keeping me in the loop as to where we were in the process.
