I wish I could give this firm 0 stars. The people who work for Bill are nice, but Bill himself is the rudest person I have ever paid to work on my case. Their firm is incompetent. I hired this firm to work on two separate cases, one which was an auto accident case, they dropped it automatically as soon as the other company refused to pay simply because they didn't want to put any effort into the case, I hired a different lawyer and I ended up winning. I should have dropped my other case with this firm to see the incompetence but due to the reviews I gave them a shot, what a nightmare. They're extremely incompetent, I had to remind them to keep me updated all the time, they broke their confediencialitu agreement and in any disagreement Bill would call me to raise his voice at me and tell me how wrong I am. The lawyer personality never goes off, he's right, you're wrong and shut up, that's kinda what it was to work with this firm (even though I was the paying customer) Every time I complained that I would never hear from them, he would get offended and start arguing with me in a very rude manner. I would honestly not trust a man with such temper and delicate pride to represent me in a courtroom.

Attorney Bradford Fisher was very professional and organized, and as a result my case was dismissed. My case was not an easy one either being a 10 year old out of state issue. Mr. Fisher however made it seem easy and put me at ease the whole time with his honesty and friendly attitude.

My experience is one that I must brag about! I didn't know where to begin after my car accident last year but I was referred to The Umansky Law Firm and it changed my life. The team actually taught me so much that I didn't know! They took their time and explained things to me and sometimes more than once because I just didn't understand so much of what was going on. I was always made aware of how my case was progressing. I was never left wondering what the status was as they kept me updated. This team truly is EXCEPTIONAL! They make you feel like your case is they only one they have. They fought for me and I am confident in the services they provided me! Thank you for all of your hard work and helping to receive a fair and reasonable settlement.

Went yesterday to try to speak to an attorney after being quoted $15,000 on the phone for the case. After driving 45mins to the office and waiting 20mins past our appointment time we were told that the attorney, Brice Aikens, wouldn't even walk in the room to talk to us for less that $20,000 up front. It became very evident even before that statement that they only cared about the money not the case. If the case was too hard for him he could have politely declined on the phone and not have wasted our afternoon. Update: Another attorney took the case for half the cost and had all the charges dismissed.

The Umansky Law Firm, would be my only choice when selecting an attorney for any reason. They have litigated various cases for me in the years past, but most recently, during May of 2017, Mr. Bradford Fisher was my attorney. This sharp gentleman, exceeded my expectations while representing me, with his very unique and professional manner. Mr. Fishers style and expertise, produced quite a positive outcome for me in court personally. I would highly recommend this group of lawyers to anyone, and under any sort of circumstances, but especially if you wish to have favorable results in your particular case.

I was in a severe auto accident in 2016. I initially was going to work with the insurance company but decided I need professional assistance with my personal injury. I decided to go with Bill Umansky. Bill listened and was always available to me when I had questions or concerns even after hours. During many of my calls with Bill I could tell he was very experienced in the type of accident claim I had. I felt Bill was always concerned about my well being. I had numerous medical bills during my case and Bill and his team took ownership of it leaving me able to focus on healing. Bill was able to resolve my case in a timely manner with a settlement far exceeding my expectations. Bill and his team should be commended for all their hardwork!

I hired Brice through Umansky Law Firm for a drug possession charge. At first, I misjudged Brice due to a lack of communication and doubted his abilities. We then discussed the case in person and were off to a good start. Brice did an outstanding job considering my past criminal history. I was facing 5 years prison and losing my license. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of 18 month probation and keeping my license. I will hire him again in 9 months to try and drop off the rest of probation term.
