Horrible service, super rude people, total lack of follow up. This firm was a nightmare from day one. I was charge with battery charges and I decided to hire an expensive firm in order to be well represented, without hesitation I paid 10,000.00, because I was very scared after being charge with battery, I not even knew what that meant. The communication was zero, I had to constantly call them to tell them about the case and I was the one giving them updates in my case when the court sent me documents, I received deceiving information from them, the paralegal was terrible and no helpful at all. I was lucky enough because without them doing anything, the prosecutor offered a program and I was assigned a very nice probation officer who was super supportive and helpful, unlike this firm. I wasted 10K when all what I would've asked was for decent customer service. My lawyer Jose Garcia was responsive at first which I appreciated, even though he never reply my messages after I started the program. Noone ever followed÷ up with me and I still have to expunge my charges and of course I would never hire this firm again. I just called to ask some guidence on what should I do now if there is some paper work that I need to fill out or something, because I have not idea about what to do in this whole situation and I assumed that my retainer will get me some answers during the process. The paralegal that I had which didnt help anyways is not longer working there, no surprise and of course nobody told me who was the new paralegal in my case, my lawyer no longer answers my calls or texts and the recepcionst is the rudest person that you could have answering calls, this lady obviously hates her job, I called on 12.01.21 around 1 PM, unfortunately I didnt have a chance to ask her name. I did a bad review before, and they called me and asked me to deleted it because Ericka felt like she was going to be fired, and I didnt want to personally affect anybody, plus this is the first bad review that I have written in my 46 years of life. But if I can help other people to not waste a huge amount of money without getting any assistance and having the worst experience in their life, I definitely should do it. These people dont understant that not everyone who get in trouble is an experience criminal, in my personal situation I wanted to feel represented and it turned out that the public system did everything for me and I never should have hired them.

They helped me free myself of a mistake. They were professional and very detailed I had allot of questions that they were happy to answer throughout the whole 6 month process. They even was able to set me up on a affordable payment plan.

I reached out to this law firm with a concern for "conflict of interest" in a case between my father and I (being represented together by a different firm than Umansky). I spoke several times with Candace from Umansky, who was extremely attentive and clearly cared about my situation. I did not experience this with the "other" firm. Because of my experience with Candace, I practically begged to be represented by Umansky, but unfortunately my case was already too far along in the legal process for me to change firms. Even though I ultimately was not represented by Umansky, my experience with Candace will be one I remember, and I will absolutely use their services in the future if ever needed. This is a lawyer who obviously cares about her clients, above and beyond normal expectations.

I had a out of county arrest that I didn’t even know about from almost 5 years ago and I ended up having to turn myself in for it and needed a lawyer in that county and Zahra Umansky did an amazing job at got all my charges dropped and I didn’t have to go back to Florida once during the whole process, I highly recommend her and her team! she has good pricing as well and flexible payment plans, thank you Zahra Umansky for making that a stress free process!

Mr. Bradford Fisher is one of the most remarkable and exemplary lawyer our family has ever come across. He is detail oriented, honest and caring. He provided legal advice and guided my son through a very difficult situation. He is awesome! I wish we could give more than five stars. Mr. Umansky is one of the most soft spoken and understanding person parents could ask for. He is very respectful and listens carefully and resolves situations calmly. He is the kind of leader any company should have. He as well deserves more than a five stars. We were blessed to have this AWESOME team representing our son!

Kim and the staff were very responsive to my initial call and took time to explain how they could help. It seemed that they genuinely cared vs just taking money like other firms I called. I highly recommend reaching Umansky and will definitely do so myself in the future if ever the need.

830 on a Monday night and as soon as I hung up the phone with the answering service he was calling me back to me that’s true professionalism. Over 20 years in the business and he still puts customer service number one. He clarified things for me and immediately calmed me down, I can’t say enough good things about this gentleman.
