DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL FOOLS! I used the online chat option to contact them regarding a possible civil rights case & Xavier told me someone would contact me. I followed up with several calls where I was told my case was in review. Today, 1 month after my initial contact, I called & asked Bryan, intake specialist, about the status of my review, he hung up on me. I called again; he hung up again. I called a third time & Alexa told me they were not interested in representing me. THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME THIS, JUST LEFT ME HANGING IN LIMBO, WAITING!!! THEY ARE RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I will be forever grateful for choosing this law firm. The professionalism made my experience very easy. I highly recommend Attorney Rachel Mattie she is definitely the best!
