The Umansky law firm they very professional and very kind people, they make you feel as a family member specially Armando and Erica and attorney Zara , I had a criminal case matter and I’ve called numerous attorneys and I had no hope but when I called the Umansky law firm they comfort me and they worked so hard until I get what I was looking for and they very Reasonable in fees , trust me the best experience I had , thank you so much again .

Kim at Umansky Law Firm was incredibly helpful, she promptly reached out, answered our questions and has been very transparent about the situation we are facing. She helped ease the anxiety during this difficult time and was able to really work with us to make things possible under an extremely tight schedule, she recommended we go with attorney Rachel Mattie, as she is the attorney who handles most of the DUI cases at the firm. Rachel Mattie was extremely accommodating and compassionate, she made time for us to have an in office visit before my sister had to return home to NC. An unpleasant surprise for us was to discover that our son had been falsely accused of a criminal case on social media, desperate more than anything for the moral damage that this meant and for how that could affect his professional future, we decided to seek legal help. I contacted Attorney Umansky regarding an urgent legal matter and he responded IMMEDIATELY on a weekend. Attorney Umansky is professional, knowledgeable, and aggressive. He put my mind at ease right away and was willing to help immediately. I would recommend Attorney Umansky to anyone in need of legal advice or help.

IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I absolutely was a client, although this account uses a different last name than I had at the time. It was a happy accident I used this account to review since I see in previous responses you mention details of charges and outcomes, which I find to be very passive aggressive. A lot of your reviews mention the same tactics I experienced. Are you suggesting there is a conspiracy against you? Or is the most simple answer that you guys indeed bully your clients when they stand up for themselves? I suggest you take the constructive criticism given instead of responding with wild accusations. It says a lot... ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had a horrific experience with this firm which I was happy to move on from, but they keep sending me emails for a review. The initial call I got from their intake person sounded great, I was made all sorts of promises on how my case would be handled. Turns out this person is just there to "make the sale" by any means necessary. Nothing I was told actually happened. Ms. Umansky was my attorney and when I had phone conversations with her she regularly mixed up the facts of my case. When I would correct her, I could see it was a big hit to her ego. She would get angry and tell me I just didn't understand because I was emotional. When I would bring up things I was promised in my intake call she would tell me I "didnt want to go there". I felt like just a number to them and that no one had my best interest at heart. It was the scariest time of my life and I needed an advocate, that's what I was paying for. I ended up hiring another firm, and after dealing with true professionals I can tell you my experience was so much better! I also found out the terms being discussed for my case were vastly different than what I was told by Umansky. This was my experience, maybe others had better attorneys with the firm. I would not recommend.
