Completely speechless for the outstanding representation the Umansky Firm did on my case. From start to finish, the communication and professionalism of this firm is outstanding. I had received a speeding citation in June of 2018, a negligent move on my part but an honest mistake and a unfair situation with law enforcement. Of course it was a most unforturnate event and a painful one at that being I am a commercial driver and driving is my livelihood and It's how I support my family financially so this citation challenged my family's future. I called the Umansky Law Firm, spoke with an agent and he discussed my options and I retained the services. Through the later process I spoke with the legal assistant Billie and she was absolutley fabulous and made me feel at ease following up with the greeting was my lawyer Leroy. My result was very satisfying and I would not hesitate to refer the special services they can provide and have done so. My case was no walk in the park for the average lawyer. The Umansky Law Firm was able to get my case dismissed! Attorney Rachel Mattie and her legal assistant, Billie G., are truly spectacular! Mr. Fisher my attorney made the experience very easy and comfortable for me and the results i got from my case was the results I wanted. Umansky Law Firm...Rachel Mattie.. Rachel is my BADASS ROCKSTAR!! Let me tell you. ... I needed a lawyer, I looked in the phone book and I chose this Law Firm randomly. I called , I spoke with Joe and I'm so sorry Joe that I don't remember your last name you were very kind to me and set me up with a great attorney. I was nervous when I went to meet with Rachel , I had no idea what I was facing, but I knew it was not good!� She is so young and that worried me in the beginning but after I spoke with her she was so knowledgeable and very professional she walked me through everything and answered all my questions. By the time I left there a new that I had made the right decision in hiring her! Worst case scenario I could have went to prison for 25 years I am 55 I could not have that!!� Rachel told me to trust her! So that is exactly what I did! We went to court today and I could not have asked for a better result for what I was being charged with she was able to get my felony charge dropped to a misdemeanor with NO JAIL TIME!! No adjudication. So if you need a lawyer Rachel Mattie is your girl!!! The Umansky Law Firm I would also like to mention William Umansky, when all of this was first happening and I was a nervous wreck he gave me his cell phone number which I appreciated and used I called him several times and he spoke with me each time and calmed me down and assured me that they would do everything they could for me!! I even text him once when he was working out LOL and he stopped his work out just to talk with me. What a nice guy! I would recommend this Law Firm to anybody in need of an attorney. I went to see Bill Umansky after I was involved in an accident. I was rear-ended by a drunk driver, my life would never be the same again. Bill and his team made sure that I was checked out, and placed into physical therapy. Bill was honestly worried about my health, and made sure I was doing ok. I was always kept up to date with what was going on with my case. Whenever I had any questions, no matter how insignificant my question was, it was always answered promptly and professionally. One day I received a call, it was Bill on the other end of the line, "we won!"! I will always remember how i was treated by this Firm, I was treated like family. Whenever I drive by the beautiful Umansky Law building I can't help but smile knowing what the angels in that building have done for me and what they are doing for all the other people that need help. Not only did Zahra Umansky get my charges dropped and expunged, she also kept me up to date with every part of the journey and answered all of my questions in a timely matter as if I was her number one priority. Even 2 years after completing expungement, I emailed her about certain questions I had and she would answer me in less than 30 minutes each time. She is beyond competent in my eyes.
