I cannot say how much I appreciate Brice Aiken's and his team! He was always available to work around my schedule and responded to all my email questions quickly! His diligence to detail and his experience left no doubt as to what the outcome would be to my case and consequently the charges were dropped! It was great to have this winner in my corner during this difficult time for me and my family!

The Umansky Law Firm, and Bill himself, was very helpful during my case in regards to an Open House Party offense. He was very helpful as he kept in touch with us and updated us as often as possible. He gave 110% of his effort throughout the duration of my case. He talked to me on a personal level to try and actually have me think about the decisions I made, and I greatly appreciated it. I would highly suggest him to anyone in search of an attorney in regards to the field he covers. Handled my case in a very professional manner. He really does go above and beyond when working with your case and will come up with any way possible to help you.

I worked with Bill and his team 4 years ago to resolve an issue I was having. They were great to work with and were extremely responsive to my emails. I'd highly recommend them. Fast forward four years and I realized I misplaced my paperwork. I reach out to them via email and within 30 minutes they sent me a digital copy. Bill and his team rock!

I called this company again because I spoke to someone who wanted to help me with my situation in the past. There was a woman available who stated the lawyers were busy and someone would call me back. Everything was fine until I got a call from the lawyer that replaced Vince. I'm sure she was a great defense lawyer she was sooooooooo defensive that she was making me super uncomfortable. Because I received some information that has now changed she made it her mission to tell me what I didn't do. I know what I didn't do because I just told her exactly what I did and did not do. It was not a good phone call and I didn't want to do any business with the company after speaking with her. The 1st person left a great impression on me which is why I called back, however this lady was not good. I don't even think she would have been there for me. Why would I hire someone like that. Umansky you may want to rethink the people you have working for you. 1 star for ME! ***************************************************************************UPDATE: Not long after me submitting my review did I receive a call from Mr. William Umansky himself. He was calling me because Kim (the one who wasn't so nice) emailed him to contact me about helping me with my case. I thought he was calling to talk about the review. He had no idea about the review. He took ownership and also took the accountability of what his employee. He did mention yesterday was stressful and he said we all have bad days. And I was having a semi bad day. Two people having not so great days can kind of start an eruption, if you will. He was apologetic and he reassured me that he will take care of that situation. And he also jumped on helping me with my case. As I mentioned before I didn't think the firm was a bad firm, just the one employee that I didn't have such a good experience with, however, it was a good enough interaction with Mr. Umansky that I have retracted my 1 star and brought it up to a 4 star. I think Mr. Umansky will make sure things get done, and that he will have your best interest at heart.

I recently dealt with Mr. Aikens regarding a legal matter and found his professionalism to be impeccable. He was concise, thorough and understanding. I hope not to require a lawyer in the future but if I do, I've found mine. Thanks Mr. Aikens!

I would highly recommend the Umansky Law Firm, and Bradford Fisher specifically, when you need a law firm and an attorney that is very responsive, knowledgeable and effective.

We could not be more happy about the performance of Rachel, my son's attorney, who handled his case. She fought hard for him and went beyond the call for him. She is truly passionate about what she does and put her heart into fighting for justice for my son. The results were better than what we expected from the court and it was only due to Rachel's hard work and dedication as a professional attorney.

I got a dui a few years back. Umansky did treat me well and for the most part was always updated. Did not get my case removed unfortunately. In my opinion to spend thousands on a lawyer and not much was really done.. I probably would have chosen a cheaper route. My dad ended up getting a dui before me and blew much higher than me, hired himself a much cheaper lawyer and had his case dismissed. Like I said nice lawyer very professional, but If I could go back in time probably wouldn't of hired Umansky.

I wish I could give this firm 0 stars. The people who work for Bill are nice, but Bill himself is the rudest person I have ever paid to work on my case. Their firm is incompetent. I hired this firm to work on two separate cases, one which was an auto accident case, they dropped it automatically as soon as the other company refused to pay simply because they didn't want to put any effort into the case, I hired a different lawyer and I ended up winning. I should have dropped my other case with this firm to see the incompetence but due to the reviews I gave them a shot, what a nightmare. They're extremely incompetent, I had to remind them to keep me updated all the time, they broke their confediencialitu agreement and in any disagreement Bill would call me to raise his voice at me and tell me how wrong I am. The lawyer personality never goes off, he's right, you're wrong and shut up, that's kinda what it was to work with this firm (even though I was the paying customer) Every time I complained that I would never hear from them, he would get offended and start arguing with me in a very rude manner. I would honestly not trust a man with such temper and delicate pride to represent me in a courtroom.
