I've been thinking how to start. Well, let me just start with, Umansky is definitely the best in their field. I am feeling very satisfied and happy with their service. They have a very professional, efficient, and effective team. Always keep me updated, very patient with me, explaining everything clearly. They go above and beyond, the result is so much better than my expectation. Randy, handled my case, she's very professional and caring, definitely wants what's best for the client/me. I'm a lazy person, that I don't like to write or left reviews for anything, but with Umansky, I feel I have so much to say and it all comes down to I really appreciate their effort and work. This attorney personally responded to my call today, 2-24-16. In an unrushed, respectful and efficient manner, he provided up-to-date information which allowed me to make an educated decision on whether to fight the notice of red-light camera violation I received in Winter Park, FL. I could tell he clearly deals with this issue currently and on a regular basis, is knowledgeable of the current status of the case law as well as how the hearing officers are currently presiding over these cases. After my conversation with Mr. Costner, I felt respected and empowered even though the current status of how the law is being applied makes it unlikely I would be able to successfully vindicate my rights in traffic court in this case. Should I need an attorney in this practice area in the future I will definitely call Mr. Leroy.
