I was pulled over, served with a citation for driving without a Florida DL after being in Florida for 30+days. And it took a 1 year +... with good arguments she was able to convince the court to wait while I got all the proper documentation since my status was not up to date!

I want to say thank you so much Rachel Mattie and The Umansky Law Firm for getting me out of this big problem I had. A few month ago I got pulled over by a police officer not knowing that my license was not even suspended but it was already revoked for 5 years, I was arrested and charged with a third degree felony for driving on a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender. With this being a really hard case and after contacting two different attorney that didn’t work out for me, this case giving me a literal hard headache I keep searching and that’s when I found The Umansky Law Firm website and I saw a video we’re they said they’ve work on cases like mine. I did hire them and when I did talk with Rachel over the the phone it gave me peace when she said that she could work on my case. It didn’t take 2 weeks after the arraignment hearing and Rachel got my license reinstated and she also got my case to be reduced to a second degree misdemeanor with no jail time, no public service which is a huge difference from what a second degree felony is.
