We retained the Umansky Law Firm after my wife fell and hit her head on the marble floor at the Orlando International Airport. The fall was caused by negligence and, at first, we thought only our planned vacation was ruined. When we got back home to Pennsylvania and many doctor visits we found out the injury was more than just a concussion. Ash, Bill, Andrea & Ana worked on, what turned out to be, a long and complicated case with professionalism, empathy, compassion and understanding. We couldn’t have picked a better firm for our case. We can’t thank them enough for all they did for my wife.

Used this firm in the past and they were great. Came into a situation again and used the firm once again. However this time, it was a completely different experience. On my speeding ticket the information of where I was pulled over was INCORRECT and was told by the firm that this ticket would be thrown out due to the error...it was not in fact, the attorney who represented me didn't even bring that up in court so now we pay the retainer fee and the court costs of the ticket and the ticket fine all for an attorney who misrepresented. Additionally, when they sent the final paperwork, they asked to reach out for questions..we did MULTIPLE times and they never responded with a return phone call or email. Do yourself a favor and save your money, do not go with this office as they do a shoddy job!

Before calling Umansky Law Firm everything I found confirmed their experience and professionalism. I went in with high expectations and to my surprise they even exceeded them. Everyone I spoke with, including Candace and Mr. Umansky, were extremely helpful answering my questions and understanding of my situation. It put me at ease knowing that I was in good hands.

Wow what an amazing firm. Bill was thorough and didn't sugar coat anything. He runs a tight ship. I'd recommend them to family, friends, and strangers for ANY personal injury and criminal law. Anyone looking to have a highly professional and caring legal team on your side look no further.

I debated if I should express my feelings on this review but it might help others. My experience with this firm is not a positive one. This case is my first case and needless to say it was very impactful to my life. Upon calling this group and speaking initially I asked questions that would make me feel comfortable with them before giving them the couple of thousand they asked for. After I gave them the money, they assigned me to LeRoy and his assistant Vanessa. From this moment on, communication was next to none from the group. When I did get to speak to Vanessa, she was rude and it was very apparent that she did not care about my case or my questions. No empathy at all and it took many attempts to get a response via email. LeRoy is polite but getting to speak to him was next to impossible. I would have to send multiple emails asking the same question to either get a quick response or no response at all. If I called in they would say that someone would get back to me and didn't at all. Once again, this case might not have been a big one but to someone who doesn't get into trouble and doesn't know the ins and outs of how things work - communication and empathy are key. If you are to hire this group, I hope your experience is better than mine, I would recommend keeping track of the phone calls you make to them and emails sent as their tracking system is not accurate. I had to escalate to the office manager at one point to get a call from LeRoy. Lastly, I do want to point out that they do not call back for the questions one has during the case but as soon as the case was dismissed they called me twice in a 24 hour period asking to represent me to expunge the case and wanted more money. When it came to get more money 2 calls in 24 hours, not once while the case was active did they return my first call in that period. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. I could put more details but you get the just of my review. Hope this helps someone out.
