Well like to tell y’all a little story, I was facing a very serious case in the Polk County area this case was extremely serious the problem started 2 years ago this was so serious that the state was giving me, 5 years plus in prison then I found Umansky Law Firm started to talk with Vanessa Heiser & she got me started with LeRoy Costner. His team worked hard just like they do with other peoples cases. Today was my last court date and I mean what I’m about to say is ( I highly recommend LeRoy Costner ) and his team to anyone that is in some kind of trouble I just like to say thank you to LeRoy Costner & Vanessa Heiser & Emilys Lopez for a excellent job they did well at the end of the day I was given probation lot better than 5years in prison do to the good work of LeRoy Costner & his team like I said I Highly recommend LeRoy Costner & his team if you in trouble call Umansky Law Firm and ask for LeRoy Costner & His team 5 stars for LeRoy Costner and your team thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

He immediately sent all the info I needed and even helped with a payment arrangement. Any time I have a question Joe is quick to call back... He is knowledgeable, and always sets my mind at ease! Giving one star becuse of the horrible experience I had with this law firm, not really so much becuse of the lawyer but due to the lawyer support staff. I had to let go of the lawyer and wasted thosands of dollars all becuse the support staff, Brittany Quiroga, won't properly respond back on time, she won't respond to your emails and even when there is time sensitive issues; she wont understand the urgency. Not to menton, very rude and cold. I even went to the office manager to get the issue resolved but nothing happend, things stayed the same or even worse. Instead of trying to correct the problem and do better it seems like, Brittany Quiroga got worse. She was/is mainly the real issue and problem and even as of last month I emailed her to get the office manager name so I can contat her for billing and reciept and as usual she never responded back. The entire last year was stressful becuse it seem like Brittany Quiroga never cared to do her job properly causing stressfull moments. I was left in the dark for over 2 months since I hired the law firm to assist me. I decided not to mention the lawyers by name; becuse the lawyer herself is not the issue; it is her support staff especially Brittany Quiroga. Brittany made everything miserable and I had the worst experience and anxiety due to this person not doing her job properly. I hope this law firm which is very reputable law firm correct the issues and make changes; if they want to stay on top or else alot of their clinics would have bad experience due to few bad employees.

Well lets start off with the exceptional work Racheal and her team did. I was giving a dui on November 2023 by Osceola PD. In a few days Racheal had paper work in and ready to go. In a few weeks we had a court date. In a month Racheal had a hearing. Racheal was able to enroll me in the pretrial diversion program which, once I complete my program I can have my ticket to the dui dismiss. Which is a great deal for me. Racheal was quick and fast. Racheals communication with her clients are way above a 5 star. I recommend Racheal and her law firm The Unmansky Law Firm. My family and I appreciate all you have done to help me. Rachel Mattie is top notch when it comes to lawyers and I am very fortunate to have had her represent me with my case. Rachel was thorough, informative, and did her best to get me the best possible outcome. Rachel is empathetic, gives you her honest and open opinions, and does a great job at explaining the complicated process and proceedings of the law. I’m not sure why but when I called for legal advice the lady answering was very pretentious and had a piss poor attitude as if I wasn’t willing to pay for an attorney’s advice or was garbage or something …. I understand that attorneys are busy and their time isn’t free, thus, I WOULD have paid. Not an “intake specialists” advice, an actual attorney’s advice

Very nice on the phone even though he could no help me for the issue i called for he let me know it might be another firm that specializes in that.
