Sooo where do I get started? Let’s start from the beginning, I got caught up in a situation and needed help so my mother called multiple law firms and hired this law firm because of their persistence phone called and wanted to less down for a retainer. My mom paid $1000 and was told that the attorney would be at the jail by the next day, 72 hours later and still no lawyer my mom called the office and was told that the lawyer (Conroy) would be there later in the day. Being that my bond was set really high the lawyer told me that he when he finally got to the jail that he would start a motion that same day to have my bond reduced so that I can bond out 8 days later still nothing from the lawyer or the firm, I had to pay the whole bond. Magically the day after I was bonded out he then decided to submit the motion. So now I’m free call the office and was greeted by a lady called Vanessa, at first she was pleasant to speak to until my first court appearance! As to their 60 page contract that they make you sign without proper time to read it, they have 48 hours to contact you regarding your case. Well that wasn’t the case I called the office multiple times and email with no response 96hours later I had someone else call from their phone and magically vanessa picked up they put me on a three way call and that when Vanessa exploded she lied and said that she I had never spoken to her and that she never received emails from me (but magically replied to those emails later that day) she got very loud and threatened to disconnect the call if I kept talking over her and asked me to “shut up” or she would hang up. I was shocked and so were the other people that connected the call. Long story short they people don’t care about u or your problems they only care about money. I called and emailed vanessa about possibly stretching out my payment arrangement as I lost my job her reply was I have to submit this to our office administrator and we will get back to you. Guess what they never got back to me instead they sent me an email with a motion to withdraw from the case. Now they kept all the money the received from me and then fired me!! Don’t trust these people. They will feed you dreams and steal from you!!

It’s never a fun experience to NEED a lawyer. Thankfully the entire Team at Umansky was so down to earth and helpful. They turned a horrible incident into a painless and easy experience.
