I was always confused as to who I was working with, first it was a young lady that I cannot remember her name because it was almost a year ago, then another person, then it was another man, then a woman, then another person. I feel like overtime I emailed or called, it was somebody else that I worked with. And the clinic (although they were also kind people) that I was sent to was very disorganized and would mess up my appointments and procedures. Although I still had some pain, I stopped going because they would never help me and would send me to other clinics to do things that they could have easily done. And more than once they sent me to go get an MRI to another clinic (they would make the appointment for me) and I would show up for my appointment and the people at the MRI clinic would say they had no recollection of an appointment with me. I would call the firm about this, but they never did anything despite the promise of trying to help me out. I don't think that the firm really helped me in my favor. I still remember almost a year ago, I was hit by a driver that was under the influence, missed a day of work, and had to go through the hassle of not having a car for a while; all I wanted was justice. I don't feel like that is what happened.

I went to this law firm because it was recommended by some of my family members. This law firm will cherry pick amoung people . They did not try AT ALL with my case . I would call over and over and leave emails which were never responded to. On top of their extremely poor service they had closed my case due . The one time they finally decided to contact me is when They said it was closed due to us not having uninsured motorist coverage , however the other driver did have insurance and we did too . I feel like they just weren't going to get tons of money in my case and that's why they decided to close it . now I have tons of medical bills to pay . I thought it was our own car insurance who would get sued because Florida is a no fault state . This attorney office is a huge waiste of time . You won't get any help unless you were extremely hurt in the process. They will tell you to go to all these places like hospitals , chiropractic and then in the end say you have to pay for it and they are sorry they couldn't help . Complete bs.

Fresh new case, so I will update when case is over. So far good experience, except the person on the phone that setup my free consultation did not advise me that they did home visits. However, it was nice to be able to see the office in person and environment. Therefore, I am happy and when my case is over I will rerate.
