Clint Curtis is a lunatic. His relative, a multi-convicted felon with an open felony case for shooting out a car window at his ex-girlfriend, got in trouble for harassing a sixteen year old girl while he worked in MALL SECURITY. The community found out and there was an uproar. Mr. Curtis responded by harassing people online and literally stalking one individual by finding out where her SEVEN YEAR OLD DAUGHTER had karate and calling there demanding to know where she lived. Beyond that, the guy believes there is a "witch coven" that is after his relative and is actively seeking information to confirm witchcraft by harassing a local pride day event. He's in Florida. These people live in ILLINOIS. This guy is going to end up with a pile of restraining orders. Avoid him and his law firm at all costs. You'd think someone who once ran for office and has his own wiki page would have some brains or at least self-control.

I used Serena Kurtz for two incidents regarding my rental properties and she was very incompetent! She didn't show up for my hearing's for both issues and now I have two judgements against me for a total of $5350 due to Ms. Kurtz not doing her job and not communicating to me what was going on! I was absolutely shocked when I received papers that were served to me regarding these incidents as Serena told me "the papers were never filed with the court"! Four months later I was served papers with the two judgements against me! Now I have to pay for these two judgements because Ms Kurtz didn't do her job and didn't communicate the status of these complaints. Look elsewhere for a real state attorney!
