Figueroa helped me with a faulty deed that needed correction. Made it easy and solved the problem.

I have called every single day for the month of February and have talked to his secretary about 6 times. It is extremely rare for them to answer the phone. All that I need is a simple payoff for a property in order to buy it. This payoff is the only reason we have not been able to move forward with the closing. The seller needs to know what it's going to cost because the house is going to foreclosure. But honestly I have never seen someone move so slowly with a simple payoff.

Never do anything with my chapter 13 and with my divorce case... never call me back...
