Leave messages and never a retun back. Spoke to a client rep person after being on hold for 30 minutes. She asked me to call back a week later. Did so. Went to voicemail. Left message. Ten days later, still no return call. Left another voicemail today. Will gladly post a good result if I could get one.
Thanks for responding to my review and giving me the information I needed. I also app;reciate the apology for not getting to me sooner. Most places don't have the courtesy to apologize and get me up to date on what I needed. Feeling confident.
