CSK has horrible communication. In a case where they were attempting to consult with me, they NEVER returned my calls. When I gave them details about the attorney who initiated the process of contacting me and retaining my services, they would say, "He no longer works here," as if that was relevant to the questions I was asking. If I were a potential client or an expert witness, I would not consider working for them as they lack the common decency to contact people: I reached out to them multiple times over the course of a year and they never called me back.

Scott, Micheal, Liz( who from my understanding is from the Ft. Myers office), and their entire team were the absolute best lawyers to have on our side. They were so understanding and compassionate with us as it was our first time ever going through the legal system. They are all passionate about their work and did everything they could to defend us. If we ever had a question, no matter day or night, were prompt with their response and made us feel completely at ease. Highly recommend this firm for anyone that needs a defense firm and wants a firm that will do their due diligence with respect to research about the entire case.

ROSIE FERNANDEZ has been absolutely amazing. Rosie put me in contact with my new attorney, Steve Johnson and has been incredibly attentive and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with all the help I’ve gotten. Unfortunately, my dad passed away and I’ve been trying to navigate everything with his estate. They’ve been amazing and so helpful during this emotional time. Rosie’s compassion was nothing like I’ve ever seen before. You would have thought it was a member of her own family that passed. I'm a current customer for Morgan law group and so far I have to say I made a mistake in hiring this attorney, for almost a year now, so far my case was misplaced for 5 months no calls no text messages nothing. After this they attempted to force me to settle my case because a appraiser and umpire filed a half complete appraisal with no structural engineer report or walking into the house to all damaged. After 27 minutes complaining of this violation of law of Florida Morgan law group said they seen this before the appraiser and umpire filed fraud appraisal, now After 2 months now again no phone calls no text messages nothing I call no one find my attorney or his assistant attorney so no I now feel I made a big mistake in hiring Morgan and Morgan law group.

Marcus Rodriguez was knowledgeable, friendly & explained to me what was occurring and what would happen. So far so good. Now waiting on disbursement.
