For anyone who may have grown up Catholic, you've heard of St. Jude, the Patron Saint of Hopeless/Lost Causes. I mention this because I describe Ms. Fugate as the St. Jude of Disability Attorneys. After my family member was denied repeatedly for disability benefits, I reached out to Ms. Fugate. Not only was she able to get the approval for the much needed benefits, she treated us like we were family. We felt cared for, listened to, and understood. It is absolutely clear that this is so much more than a business for her, it is a vocation. I firmly believe that she considers each of her cases a true service. We never felt like just a case to her, but rather a mission that she was going to see fully through to the end. I simply cannot recommend her more highly.
