Retained Riley as lead counsel for a wrongful death products liability case. Litigation lasted almost 4 years and achieved a very favorable outcome. Knowledgeable, hard working, aggressive, well prepared litigator. Takes the representation of his clients very seriously and displays compassion and empathy for the families affected by the loss of loved ones.

I met Riley Allen in 2007. He became a client of mine as I'm in the technology field and his firm was expanding. I encountered a legal disaster early in 2008 that impacted the well being of my family. I was at a loss unsure what to do. Riley not only offered his help but represented me even though this type of law is not "typical" in his particular practice. Riley and his staff committed fully to my case and defended my rights in ways I did not deem possible. My case was not a "financial gain" for Riley's firm and yet he represented me due to his code of ethics as someone had truly taken advantage of us. I have never met a more ethical and committed attorney. Being in the technology field, I have clients in all fields including law firms and share many conversations with clients regarding their personal legal experiences in diversified cases. I hear the horror stories of cases that should have been handled differently and would have had different results. I myself have experienced different legal scenarios through the course of my life. It wasn't until Riley represented me that I was able to determine the difference between a "good lawyer" and a "GREAT lawyer". Riley is a great lawyer. He does not quit. He is aggressive which in my opinion is one of his many qualities. His due diligence is incomparable. He defends those who are taken advantage of and finds them resolution. Not only was he on top of my case, he also won my case when I thought it would never settle. I would recommend Riley Allen to my closest friend and family (I actually have!). I consider it a privilege to have Riley Allen represent me in any legal matter should I ever require his services in the future. His skills and ethics are exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly an expert in law. I would gladly recommend Riley Allen to anyone.

A very capable attorney. However, his interaction with us, and his treatment of us, his clients, was demeaning, and as clients we did not like the games he played. In our opinion, a client will have to watch their back with this attorney. His staff also involve themselves in matters that do not concern them. We would not feel comfortable recommending Mr. Allen to others.
