Chavelys Alers es sin duda alguna La mejor abogada en Florida central no solo por su profesionalismo si no por su gran empatía para con sus clientes. La volvería a escoger Mil veces! Great Team They Won One Of My Victory Great Communication As A Team Thank You

I’m giving 1 star because the option to give zero wasn’t there. I was charged 3,500 retainer to handle a custody issue was made promises that A motion would be filed initially, I was passed to another attorney and Carlos Otero and billed 300 per hour for phone conversations, that were 15 mins, I was sent A bill for 3,500 for nothing to ever be filed, being out of state I googled A firm to help big mistake the reviews that are good sold me I wasn’t going to even write A review but I hope that someone else doesn’t become A victim to this firm I requested A refund and at that point I was sent A invoice stating after 3 years of nothing ever being filed my bill was 3,500.0, this is A very disappointing situation to just give A reputable firm 3500.0 and to be told that it was used for phone conversations, and other stuff but never filed anything in court as initially requested. I hope this helps someone else DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM ESPECIALLY OF YOUR NOT LOCAL. 3,500 wasted and 3 years lost believing a firm was going to advocate my case. Update: firm will not accept responsibility they had my case since 12-22-2020 did absolutely nothing but bill for phone calls & preparing motions that never were filed I hired Chavelys Y Alers she never would speak to me after I paid her she handed me to A inexperienced lawyer who went 6 months without communicating which I have proof as A business woman myself this law firm is def not the firm to hire for difficult cases you will be billed for not answering your phone during unscheduled times!! Very sad very unfair very unfortunate robbing ppl of their time and money! The lead attorney charged me 875.00 to draft A closing letter when I requested A refund that’s when the over billing started. SAD I tried not to write this complaint but she’s very cocky and did not care as she stated in A email do what I have to do was her response she’s extremely confident in being A legal bully very unfortunate
