I've known Todd Miner and his firm for many years. I find them to be incredibly ethical and knowledgeable.

Despite the very lengthy process, Todd Miner and Gabriela Rodriguez, his paralegal, were a huge pleasure to work. They both made the process very easy and Gabriela genuinely seemed like she cared about what was happening in your case. There were times when I just wanted to know what was happening during the case and Gabriela was there to answer any concerns or questions that I had; honestly, a huge pleasure to work with.

When we were hit by someone who blew through a red light at a busy intersection, my first and only thought as to choosing a lawyer was Todd Miner. Out of all the accident/personal injury lawyers in Central Florida, he impressed me as the most credible. His ads were understated and professional and I felt our case would be handled fairly and in a timely fashion. I called the same day as the accident and Mr. Miner promptly called me back. He gave me simple information as to what the next steps would be and set realistic expectations for a timeline for the whole process. The next day we met with his paralegal, Casey Owens Ghobrial and she was pitch perfect - her experience with injury victims was immediately evident. After a significant accident, it's surprising how discombobulated you can be. Recognizing that, Casey was empathetic and extra clear in communicating the particulars. Her recommendations were sound (e.g., medical providers, etc.) and when, beyond anyone's control, hiccups arose, she made sure she was accessible, giving us progress reports regularly. We were exceedingly happy with Casey and Mr. Miner. I have recommended their firm to others already and am happy to do so here.

I would recommend Todd Miners office to any one of my family members and friends. Ms. Casey was WONDERFUL at keeping in contact with me every step of the way. This was my first time dealing with a major accident and she was very patient with me and answered all of my questions within a timely manner. Although the process was very lengthy, also there was a lack of communication with his paralegal, my case was finally settled! I do appreciate the time, and effort that Mr. Miner had put forth in order to achieve my settlement, more than what the initial offer from the insurance company was. The experiences that he, as well as the rest of his staff have will help anyone in need. I do recommend him to have a direct line for him to talk to his clients, which would be more personal, and beneficial for their relationships.
