AnnMarie was available with limited notice. After explaining my violation to her she was more than happy to accommodate my court date which was less than a week away. In court she knew what was expected and presented herself professionally and with authority. I plan on using her and/or law firm for all my needs.

Ann Marie handled my divorce case with professionalism and attentive care from start to finish. She consistently applied advocacy for my interests first, while maintaining respect and rapport with opposing counsel and all parties involved. Ann Marie was proactive in communication, both internally and externally, and sought to move the case forward without alterior motive. I felt that her bill rate and leverage model of Partner / staff effort were fair and efficient, and appreciated the level of transparency displayed through periodic reporting on incurred time and expenses. Also, her support staff (Frances and Andrew) were excellent to work with and went out of their way to assist with requests, often in last-minute scenarios. Hopefully, none of my friends or close colleagues have to experience divorce as I did, however if they do I will not hesitate to recommend Ann Marie and the offices of Katz and Phillips.
